THREE ROCKS Side Table (High) Smoky Bird’s eye

The THREE ROCKS Side Table (High) Smoky Bird’s eye is a wooden structure with marquetry executed in smoky brown bird’s eye, rosewood, ebony or olive tree veneer finished in high gloss lacquer.

The small dotted nodules of this veneer resemble the texture of real rock and the high gloss finish resembles the water of the lake, making these three tables an almost perfect picture of the idyllic and passionate version of this autumn lake.

Dropped freely on each of the three tables, we find small leaves embedded in marquetry by the hands of a marquetry maker with the art of marquetry. This work is done entirely by hand, with wisdom and perfection, so that the observer gets lost in this story in which nature and love know no barriers and celebrate the marriage between reality and fiction.
