The GOLDLEAF platinum cake plate from the Eich glass manufacturer made of brilliant crystal glass fascinates with the uniqueness of each piece and the hand-applied, individual surface structures that look like wood grain covered in real platinum.

Real platinum is applied manually to the glass surface in several complex steps and fired at 560°C. Each piece is unique due to the individually varying structure in which the platinum is expressed.
